Please contact us immediately by filling out our contact form or emailing us at support@streetsofkami.com This must be done within 12 hours of your order or we may not be able to cancel your order and we may take a cancellation fee. If your order has been processed your order cannot be canceled.

How long will shipping take?

All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 4-7 business days (not including weekends), but please allow up to 2 weeks. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Depending on your destination, shipping usually takes about 7 - 14 days after the package has been shipped out, but due to unpredictable customs please allow for up to 30 days before contacting us.
