Refund policy

We offer free exchanges if there are any defects that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. If a problem does occur, please contact us within 24 hours of when the item has been delivered.

An item is eligible for cancellation if: 
-you requested a return request (via email) within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status and you have not received a confirmation email. Once an order is processed after 24 hours, there are no cancellations. 
-the ordered item is out of stock. 

Returns Policy
If item(s) do not fit the requirements below, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Due to our warehouses being overseas, customers will have to pay for the international return label fee. Item will need to be received and pass an inspection for a refund to be initiated.

The buyer will be responsible if the package is to be lost during the return period, or not pass inspection. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unaltered, free of any odors or fragrances, and in its original packaging. When the package has been returned, customers will be refunded. Shipping fee will be excluded from all refunds. For returns, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please take a picture of the return package with the shipping label before shipping and please send us the tracking number and email us the information to process the return.

The buyer is responsible for looking at our sizing chart before purchasing. Restocking due to sizing will be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us if you are unsure about sizing. 

Shipping fee will not be refunded when return is processed.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with tracking shipping.
- Please mark outside of the package as "returned goods" to avoid any customs charges
We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your goods.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually taking 3-5 business days.
